Baltimore—Tradepoint Atlantic, a 3,100-acre multimodal industrial site in Baltimore, Md., will soon be welcoming The Shoppes at Tradepoint Atlantic, a 130-acre mixed-use retail park.
“The appeal of the property comes from the unprecedented opportunity it presents on a national, international and regional level as well as from a business perspective,” Aaron Tomarchio, Tradepoint Atlantic vice president of corporate affairs, told Commercial Property Executive. “The ability to consolidate operations on land that has a functioning deepwater port, storage tank facilities, access to two major railroads with multiple expansive rail yards, and direct access to an interstate highway to enable import and export of goods—all just a few hours from a third of the population—is unmatched.”…
