NGKF Expands Industrial Team

Los Angeles—NGKF is looking to further develop their national industrial practice by having brokers John McMillan and Jeff Sanita join their ranks. Based out of NGKF’s El Segundo office, McMillan will serve as executive managing director, while Sanita will serve as senior managing director.
The industrial brokers have a similar background, both having previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield. McMillan has 26 years of experience under his belt and more than 1,100 transactions, totaling in excess of $2.67 billion. Sanita has over 19 years of experience in Los Angeles, having completed more than 1,000 transactions with a total value in excess of $2.5 billion.
