Lincoln Harris to Market Planned Charlotte M-U Building
By3441 South Blvd. will feature 24,000 square feet of office space, as well as 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Charlotte, N.C.—Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris has been selected to market a new, three-story office and retail building along South Boulevard, near the Scaleybark light rail station. DAS Architecture is the designer of the roughly 40,000-square-foot building and Mike Joyner is the developer.
Located at the intersection of South Boulevard and Hollis Road, on a corner that is currently occupied by a single-story commercial building, 3441 South Blvd., will be just south of historic South End and across from the planned Scaleybark Station mixed-use development.
