Denholtz Associates to Upgrade NJ Office Building

Bernardsville, N.J.—Denholtz Associates, a real estate development, investment and management company headquartered in Matawan, N.J., recently announced its intention to begin a capital improvement project at a 54,600-square-foot office building in Bernardsville, N.J. The project is slated for completion this summer.
The planned renovation includes replacement of the existing walkway, as well as upgrades to the elevator interiors and to the lobby. The company will also add a media wall, new vending options, new lighting, new furniture and fixtures and a cafe/lounge seating area. By adding superior amenities to the two-story multi-tenant Class A office building, Denholtz Associates hopes to maintain the property’s high occupancy rates and continue to attract other tenants.
