NAI Hiffman Mediates Office Sale in Illinois
ByNAI Hiffman facilitated the sale of a 39,267-square-foot office building in McHenry, Ill. to the Alexander Center for Autism (ALCA). Senior Vice President of Office Services Jason Wurtz and Vice President of Office Services Aubrey Reken led the team of brokers on behalf of the seller, Pioneer Center for Human Services, a non-profit organization which moved to 4031 Dayton St. in McHenry.
ALCA is relocating from Crystal Lake, Ill. to the newly acquired property situated at 4100 Veterans Parkway, on a 10-acre lot, close to Centegra Hospital. The new owner plans to use the building in order to expand its Therapeutic Day School services for people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, multiple disabilities, developmental delay and/or intellectual disabilities…
