Barrister Renews San Diego Master Lease

Barrister Executive Suites Inc., an executive suite provider, has renewed its 18,657-square-foot master lease at the third building of The Torrey Reserve office park in San Diego’s Carmel Valley. Rich Porreco, managing principal at Cresa, negotiated the renewal on behalf of Barrister.
This is the company’s fourth location in the country, encompassing 55,312 square feet on the building’s first floor. The branch features a conference room, 24/7 access and furnished or unfurnished offices. Nearly fully occupied, tenants include Eastdil Secured and California Bank and Trust.
