Cohesity Relocating to San Jose
ByCohesity, a computer data storage company, signed a 40,000-square-foot lease on the seventh and eighth floors of the second building of River Park Tower in San Jose, Calif. The firm is relocating from Santa Clara, where it occupies 14,000 square feet, and is expected to move in the new space in the fourth quarter of this year.
FIRST LEED CERTIFIED BUILDING
Located at 300 Park Ave., the 302,576-square-foot, Class A office building offers easy access to Guadalupe and Joseph P. Sinclair freeways. Constructed in 2009, the property became the first LEED Certified building in San Jose a year later. Owned and managed by SteelWave, the 16-story property features a conference center, bike share program, fitness center and more than 650 parking spaces. Additionally, the two-building asset also features a central courtyard with seating and fountains, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.
