Lincoln Negotiates Leases at Atlanta’s Live Oak Square
ByLincoln Property Co. Southeast negotiated a new lease, a lease expansion and a lease renewal at Live Oak Square, a Class A, 200,000-square-foot office building in Atlanta. The asset recently underwent an extensive renovation program that included an exterior refurbishment and interior modernization.
Lincoln Senior Vice Presidents Michael Howell and Hunter Henrizte, along with Senior Leasing Associate Caroline Cole, represented landlord HighBrook in the lease negotiations. Senior Vice President Michael Jones and Vice President Hugh Rader of Cresa represented Wholesale Trading in the new 1,495-square-foot lease. Aaron Sommer, senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, represented The Bartech Group Inc., which will expand its lease by 2,352 square feet.
