CBRE Expands East Bay Industrial Group
ByCBRE appointed Kevin Hatcher as senior vice president of industrial and logistics in Oakland, Calif. Hatcher will work closely with professionals in the firm’s East Bay Industrial group, including Bob Ferraro and Mike Barry. He will report to David Brennan, senior managing director of CBRE’s Sacramento, Central Valley and Northern Nevada offices, who also leads CBRE’s industrial and logistics practice in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
“With the Oakland industrial market ending quarter two 2017 with a record low vacancy rate at 1.7 percent, and the market maintaining an 18-quarter streak of positive net absorption, continued construction and increased demand demonstrate both tenants’ and investors’ confidence in the strength of the market,” said Brennan in prepared remarks.
