OC Office Tower Trades for $120M
ByNKF Capital Markets represented Ocean West Capital Partners in the sale of the Class A trophy property. The building is 99 percent occupied.
CB Global Investors has acquired 2600 Michelson, a 311,000-square-foot office tower in Irvine, Calif., from Ocean West Capital Partners. The asset traded for $120 million.
