London Home Sellers Offer Smallest Summer Discount Since 2007

London home sellers cut asking prices by the least for an August since the start of the financial crisis, in a sign price pressures are building, according to Rightmove Plc.

Values sought in the capital fell 1.3 percent from July to an average 606,826 pounds ($948,000), the smallest discount for the month since 2007, the property-website operator said on Monday. Nationally, asking prices fell 0.8 percent from July, also the smallest reduction in the same period..
