Apartment Investment Sales Expert Scott Melnick Joins Berkadia

It’s always a full house at RealShare Philadelphia. The Union League, February 9.

Scott Melnick

BETHESDA, MD—Scott Melnick, a veteran broker in the local multifamily investment sales market, has joined Berkadia. He will be a senior managing director in Berkadia’s local office, reporting to Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner.

The local office will now offer both investment sales and mortgage banking services, Berkadia also reported.

Melnick’s “addition immediately strengthens our footprint in the Washington, DC metro area, where we can provide clients with a full suite of integrated mortgage banking, servicing and investment sales services,” Misner says in a prepared statement…
