Miami–Colliers International South Florida was selected byHotwire Communications to handle the leasing for the two-story, 185,000-square-foot Hotwire Technology Center. The Class A office building is located in Fort Lauderdale, in the suburban Cypress Creek submarket, which is notable for its technology and secure data hosting services.
Jonathan Kingsley, executive vice president, Jarred Goodstein, senior vice president, and Ryan Goggins, senior associate, of Colliers International South Florida, were tasked to handle the leasing efforts.
The Bunker, the building’s main server room, has 16-inch poured concrete walls, double-impact glass, alarm systems, water-cooled air conditioning systems and fire suppressant systems. There are also additional server rooms including a network room, a telecommunications room, a media room for security videotape backup and an Inergen tank storage room. Office spaces are equipped with 1-gigabite data and phone hookups to each desk and the property also features on-site generators and two power grids for backups during power outages…
