Atlanta—The AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza, the first AC Hotel in Atlanta and the first new Buckhead hotel in eight years, has opened at the corner of Peachtree Street and Wieuca Road. The six-story, 166-key hotel is the result of a joint venture between Noble Investment Group and Simon Property Group, and was designed by Atlanta-based Cooper Carry in a classic style inspired by its neighbors, Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza.
“There has been tremendous growth and transformation in Buckhead over recent years. The hotel design reflects its upscale surroundings and lifestyles of those frequenting the thriving corner of Peachtree Road and Wieuca Road.
