Accesso Partners to Sell Twin Cities Landmark Office Tower

Minneapolis–The IDS Center, a 57-story office tower totaling more than 1.4 million square feet in downtown Minneapolis, has been listed for sale without an asking price.

HFF is marketing the property on behalf of Hallandale Beach, Fla.-based Accesso Partners LLC.
The Chicago-based brokerage firm also arranged Accesso’s $253 million acquisition of the IDS Center in 2013 and procured financing on the company’s behalf.
