Aetna Nears $34 Billion Cash and Stock Humana Acquisition
ByAetna Inc. is nearing an agreement to acquire Humana Inc., the second-largest provider of private Medicare insurance, for about $34 billion in cash and stock, people with knowledge of the matter said.
