Alexander & Baldwin Welcomes New CFO
ByAlexander & Baldwin appointed James Mead as chief financial officer, effective immediately. Mead succeeds Paul Ito, who will continue as senior vice president of finance and treasurer of the company through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.
EXTENSIVE CRE EXPERIENCE
Most recently, Mead served as chief financial officer for SL Green Realty Corp., a real estate investment trust and the largest office landlord in New York City. He held this position from late 2010 to early 2015, a period during which the company realized a 75 percent increase in its stock price.
