New YorkIndustrie Capital Partners has unveiled a leasing campaign for the largest mixed-use office development Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood has ever seen. Roulston House will deliver 200,000 square feet of class A office space to a growing constituency of TAMI (technology, advertising, media and information) tenants.
