Dermody Properties has announced plans to develop a new
industrial facility in California’s Central Valley. The project was sourced by
Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice President John McManus, who, along with John Coons and Mark Dowling, handles representation for the development.
Taking shape at 2131-2301 E. Louise Ave. in Lathrop, Calif., the industrial asset is set to feature 622,726 square feet of space. Located in the proximity of the I-5, as well as 12 miles away from the Port of Stockton in San Joaquin County, the facility will benefit from its easy access to the Stockton, Sacramento and Bay Area metros.
