DLA Report: Real Estate Investment Remains Attractive

Asked whether today is a better time or worse time for hedge funds, Ackman seemed to favor the former. “This is a very benign economic environment, with low interest rates, low unemployment, low inflation,” he said. “And opportunities for returns in real estate make it one of the very best places to invest.”
