Financial Services Firm Inks New DC-Area HQ Lease
ByFinancial services company H. Beck Inc. has signed a 23,000-square-foot lease to move its headquarters into Research West I in Rockville, Md. The tenant plans to occupy its new space in the 122,500-square-foot Washington, D.C.-area office building in August 2018. Realty Capital Partners owns the property, according to Yardi Matrix.
Located at 2440 Research Blvd., the five-story building sits next to an identical structure—Research West II—and is positioned within a half mile of Interstate 270. The surrounding area houses a number of low- and mid-rise office assets, home to tenants including Lockheed Martin and a wide range of medical practices. H.
