Fort Worth Office Park Changes Hands
ByJLL brokered the sale of a 45,111-square-foot office park in Fort Worth, Texas, as well as the 2.6 acres on which it is situated, to 3700 Hulen LLC, on behalf of Chemical Management Co. Inc. The property once served as the headquarters for a mineral and lime producing company.
