International Wheel and Tire Buys MI Asset
ByInternational Wheel and Tire owns a new industrial facility in Farmington Hills, Mich. The 53,486-square-foot asset belonged to Korean-based Wooshin North America and features a 21,000-square-foot office component. Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.
The multi-tenant property is located at 23255 Commerce Drive and was listed for $3.9 million, according to the property brochure available on Friedman’s website. It was completed in 1999 and features 28-foot clear heights, ESFR fire suppressors, two loading and four grade doors, a five-ton bridge crane, as well as a 158-vehicle parking lot.
