JLL Tapped to Lease Prestigious DC Office Building

Washington—JLL has been selected to handle leasing for the renowned Watergate 600, one of the six buildings composing the famous Watergate complex in Washington, D.C. The property is owned by Bradley Holdings and is currently being managed by Akridge. SVP Seth Benhard and Managing Director Amy Bowser will spearhead JLL’s leasing efforts.
Situated at 600 New Hampshire Ave., the 12-story, Class A office building totals almost 300,000 square feet, 70,000 of which will be available for lease through JLL.
