Kearny Real Estate Expands San Diego Team
ByKearny Real Estate has appointed Sonia Miró as director of property management in the firm’s San Diego office. In her new role, Miró will oversee the firm’s growing local portfolio, leading the property management efforts for both of Kearny’s San Diego assets, as well as for its additional third-party assignments.
THREE-DECADE CAREER
Miró brings more than three decades of experience managing office and industrial properties. Prior to joining Kearny, Miró was regional director of West Coast property management for BioMed Realty. During her career, Miró has been responsible for the leasing oversight and financial performance of approximately 20 million square feet of commercial real estate assets in the San Diego area, including Emerald Plaza, which was acquired by Kearny in December 2016…
