LPC Breaks Ground on Atlanta Distribution Center

Lincoln Property Co. has commenced construction of Union 85, a 243,540-square-foot speculative distribution center in southern Atlanta. The project is anticipated to be completed later this year.
Located at 3725 Royal S. Parkway, the 24.4-acre project site is situated in Atlanta’s I-85 South corridor, which has seen a wealth of new industrial properties come online in recent years, occupied by major tenants including Procter & Gamble, Mondelez and XPO Logistics.
