MIAMI—With the launch of MargaritaVillage in Orlando and the upcoming groundbreaking of Miami WorldCenter,Encore Capital Management is poised to change thecommercial real estate scene in two major Florida cities. In fact, the commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Boca Raton is behind some of the biggest real estate projects in the State.
