Seda International Packaging Group renewed one of its leases at Park 94 in Mount Pleasant, Wisc., an HSA Commercial property. The 61,162-square-foot space, which the company has been occupying since 2015, is part of a multi-tenant industrial building located at 1400 International Drive.
