SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a nearly 40,000-square-foot lease for 10 years at 711 Third Ave.
NEW YORK CITY—SL Green Realty Corp. has signed a lease with the law firm of Golenbock, Eiseman, Assor, Bell & Peskoe at 711 Third Ave. The agreement is for 10 years and covers 38,050 square feet for two tower floors. Scott Panzer from JLL and Robert Silver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank co-brokered the transaction on behalf of the law firm, while Howard Tenenbaum andGary Rosen represented SL Green in-house.
Colliers International has arranged a long-term 20,000-square-foot lease at 309 W.125th St., with electronics and appliance retailer P.C. Richard & Son.
