Stephen Cooper Joins Colliers International in Philadelphia

Colliers International has appointed Cushman & Wakefiled veteran Stephen Cooper as senior managing director of the company’s Northeast Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group.

Cooper brings more than 38 years of
commercial real estate experience to the firm. He spent more than 28 years with
Cushman & Wakefield, where he was the senior director responsible for corporate accounts, consulting, and advisory services, land and building acquisitions and dispositions. Cooper was also the leading industrial producer in the Pennsylvania office since 1988, and was the Top Industrial Producer most recently in 2013, but also in every year from 2004-2011. He was on
C&W’s Executive Committees for the Industrial group and the Global Supply Chain Services specialty practice group. He and his team completed transactions totaling more than 43 million square feet and $1.6 billion in transaction value…
