The locally owned and operated 15-key luxury boutique inn Avery Georgetown, located in D.C.’s historic neighborhood, will begin welcoming guests this month.

Washington, D.C.—East Village is ready to welcome theAvery Georgetown, a locally owned and operated 15-key luxury boutique inn located just across Rock Creek from the Capital’s Downtown. The hotel, owned by Justin Schneck, former Thayer Lodging Group executive, will be ready for guests starting March 2016.
Thought out as an oasis from D.C.’s epicenter, the property sitting at 2616 P St. in historical Georgetown is within walking distance from the Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom metro stations, the Georgetown Waterfront, Kennedy Center and Embassy Row. The Avery is also strategically located close to both Georgetown University and the George Washington University.
