Thor Equities Acquires $40M SoMa Office Asset
BySan Francisco—Thor Equities recently announced that it has closed the acquisition of 634 Second St., a 46,750-square-foot office building situated in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. The property was bought for $40 million from MCM Real Estate Services, a subsidiary of Manchester Capital Management LLC.
The seller was represented by Kyle Kovac, Michael Taquino and Daniel Cressman, executive managing directors of NGKF Capital Markets, and by Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Executive Managing Directors Michael Brown and Bill Benton, who also represented MCM in the lease-up of the property.
