Waste Management Relocates Phoenix Branch
ByWaste Management Inc. will relocate its Phoenix office from 221 N. 48th Ave. to a full floor of the Union Hills Office Plaza. The environmental services company is set to occupy more than 47,000 square feet by the end of the year.
Located at 2550 W. Union Hills Drive, the 143,000-square-foot office property is situated just off Interstate 17 and features an 18,000-square-foot data center. Tenants include Regus, Tata Consultancy Services and Greenwood Hall. Artis REIT owns the three-story building, Ryan Cos. serves as property manager and JLL as leasing manager. According to Yardi Matrix data, Artis REIT acquired the property from Pacifica Real Estate Group in 2011 for a little more than $27 million.
