WeWork Said to Seek $750 Million Credit Facility

WeWork, which rents out offices and desks to freelancers and budding companies, has been on a fund-raising tear.
In just five years, the New York-based start-up has raised $1 billion, achieving a valuation of $10 billion. Now, WeWork is seeking a new type of capital: another $750 million in debt.
The company is getting ready to close a credit facility this week, people briefed on the negotiations said. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank are participating, said the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity…
