Yelp Extends, Expands Manhattan Trophy Tower Lease

Yelp has extended its Midtown Manhattan lease with SL Green Realty Corp., signing a 39,656-square-foot, 7-year expansion. The firm will occupy a total of 191,797 square feet of office space on the building’s entire 14th and 16th floors and on part of the 17th floor.
The 29-story building is located at 11 Madison Ave. and encompasses 2.3 million square feet of space, taking up an entire city block. Amenities include oversize floor plates, a rooftop garden, terraces overlooking the city, a full-service cafeteria, a barbershop and the world-renowned Eleven Madison Park restaurant…
